Are you passionate about HR, event and project management? Are you eager to gain first experience working in an international company? Then, our Young Talents team wants to hear from you! In our department, we manage apprentices, working students and the International Graduate Program. In addition to organizing events in-house and on campus, you can also support exciting HR projects. We are looking for a bright, dedicated team player to join our global HR community and help us drive our young talents strategy to the next level!

What You Will Do
- support the implementation of our Young Talents roadmap
- organize internal and external events such Future Day, Girls in ICT or university events
- collaborate in different projects like the “SIX Bridge” Mentoring Program
- support the program owner to recruit our new Young Talents (CV screening, interviews and assessments)
- provide ad-hoc support for the Young Talents team
What You Bring
- Current studies (bachelor or master) preferably in the fields of Business Administration, Human Resource Management or similar
- Enjoy working with (young) people and an interest in the HR environment
- Initial experience of working in projects
- proactive, creative but also structured mindset with an ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
- very good verbal and written skills in German and English
