We are looking for a talented individual to join our innovative team, where you will play a key role in enabling the efficient and reliable integration, deployment, and operation of software solutions. In this position, you will ensure a seamless transition from build (development) to run (operations), providing the necessary tools, methods, and documentation to effectively support the entire software development and operational lifecycle. Your tasks

  • Enable the efficient and reliable integration, deployment, and running of software solutions.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from build (development) to run (operations).
  • Provide tools, methods, and documentation to effectively support the entire software development and operational lifecycle.
  • Be responsible for releasing, deploying, operating, and monitoring a tech stack consisting of: Terraform, Kubernetes, Azure, ArgoCD, Azure DevOps, C# / .NET Core, Typescript / React
  • Collaborate with the architecture team to design automated, scalable, and replicable processes and solutions for handling sensitive personal and medical data.
  • Ensure that these processes and solutions meet the highest security and compliance requirements.
  • Perform root cause analysis for production errors.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for production issues.
  • Stay updated on relevant technology trends in the field.

Your profile

  • At least five years of experience as a software engineer, software architect, or systems engineer (or comparable).
  • Strong desire to automate everything.
  • Advanced knowledge in one of, or intermediate knowledge in most of: Kubernetes (K8s) / Azure / Terraform / Build automation (Azure DevOps) / At least one programming or scripting language / Cloud Architecture and Security
  • Familiarity with agile software development and a good understanding of software design and architecture.
  • Experience administering, deploying, and managing development and CI/CD tools and pipelines such as Git and Azure DevOps.
  • Expertise in ensuring system security and hardening operating environments.
  • Knowledge of best practices and IT operations supporting highly available systems.
  • Process-oriented with good documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English is required; good knowledge of German is a big plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Reliable, trustworthy, and personable.
