Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:

Provide in depth knowledge of business needs and expertise in supporting and testing business processes and capabilities.

Support/Troubleshooting (specifically providing advice regarding business processes, supporting changing processes and developing training solutions and knowledge management).

Manage system risk - testing enhancements, support packs and upgrades which represent the total business processes
-
To ensure IT activities align to business priorities, and operational work (incidents, enhancements) are delivered in a timely fashion.

Gather, analyse and describe business requirements and their translation into functional IT requirements

Perform routine system configuration according to business needs
-
Continuous Improvement through standardization, cost saving and internal compliance
-
Ensure appropriate user access is identified and granted to business users within cluster.

Business Process Improvement/innovation - well versed in applicable business processes in KC
-
Works with Business Partners to finalize project proposals/business cases in conjunction with the business

Ensures all business requirements and user cases are sufficiently documented and linked to business needs

Perform user acceptance testing of delivered solutions

Deliver training sessions to cater for all abilities and all areas / levels of the business – from Basic SAP Navigation, APO and EWM to more complex business systems

Contribute to an environment in which all team members are respected regardless of their individual differences and are motivated to improve both their individual and team contributions to achieve desired business results.

Responsible to act as main point of contact between the business and IT Partner team.

Stakeholder Management at various levels

Efficient in communication and coordination with In-house KC Team and core process experts on solving gaps and issues.

Background & Education
-
3-5 years of applied business and process experience as a key user
-
5+ years of related functional business or IT experience in SAP Sales and Distribution, Supply Chain module.

Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory
-
SAP Certification in one or more modules (SAP SD, MM, PP, FICO) preferred
-
ITSM Certification preferred
-
Ability to work in ANZ hours
