The Performance Department's mission is to sustainably enhance the company’s results. This ambition is reflected in the optimization of processes, systems, and resources to increase productivity, quality, and profitability.

Your missions

  • Identify performance improvement levers related to pricing, profitability, productivity on Business and Corporate activities, and working capital requirements (WCR).
  • Analyze group data and financial statements to assess performance.
  • Conduct process audits to identify potential productivity gains.
  • Define measurement tools and performance tracking indicators.
  • Develop action plans in collaboration with the relevant departments.
  • Support operational teams in analyzing their performance and managing their projects.
  • Develop and enhance reporting tools used for performance analysis.
  • Lead initiatives to challenge and continuously improve processes to ensure sustainable performance.

Your profile

  • Experience in corporate finance with a strong interest in project management and processes.
  • Advanced skills in office tools, particularly Excel. Initial exposure to or interest in process automation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in generative AI tools.
  • Graduate of a business, enginerring or universityschool with financial specialisation is a plus.
  • Fluent in French and English; a third language is an asset.
  • You are meticulous, reliable, proactive, autonomous, and possess excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Mastering generative AI such as ChatGPT for improving day-to-day productivity
