BÜHLMANN Laboratories AG, a private equity-backed company, is a high growth production and trading company in the life sciences sector based in Schönenbuch, canton of Basel-Landschaft. Over the past 40 years we have developed leading in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) products, which are trusted by hospitals and private medical laboratories world-wide. We employ over 150 professionals of which 130 at Schönenbuch. In order to support our CEO, we are seeking to fill a newly created position. The role is available for an immediate start or as per mutual convenience. Project Manager (100%)
Key Responsibilities
- Support our CEO with special cross-functional projects and act as a Project Manager or Project Engineer for major projects aiming to transform the company

• Help infusing a "Get things done" mindset, including values such as leadership and accountability
• Design (in a teamwork) tools and templates to structure and monitor projects
• Take ownership of the project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring that the projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and milestones
• Organize, coordinate, plan and control project resources and budget
• Assist in the preparation of management presentations and board reports
• Present project status to management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance and support business initiatives

Your Profile

• Master degree in technical or business studies
• At least 5 years of project management experience in a similar position
• Advanced Excel skills. Experience with MS Dynamics 365 and Power BI is a plus
• Excellent communications skills in German and English, knowledge of French is a plus
• Discreet, solution-oriented, team player with hands-on mentality. You will collaborate with various departments to provide insights that drive strategic planning and performance improvement
