Job Vacancy
COMBIFREIGHT is strengthening own commercial activities in Switzerland and looking for highly motivated person to take up the position of Sales and Marketing Specialist which would be accountable to achieve annual sales goals while identifying, developing and selling new customer opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- planning, implementing and promoting the company’s daily marketing and sales activities;
- researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends;
- identifying, building, and maintaining successful customer relationships, initiating and spearheading new cooperation projects;
- development of marketing materials, social media and website management;
- contracts concluding;
- development and maintenance account records, account plans, industries’ status reports and customers information;
- sales analysis and own work planning;
- travel at least 50% of the time to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Qualifications
You will be preferred candidate, if you have following skill set that helps you to contribute to success:
- minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics industry;
- successful previous experience in sales and marketing;
- proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets;
- fluent in English and German (French and Italian languages are an asset);
- strong analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills;
- ability to work independent as well as team;
- excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills;
- knowledge of data analysis and reports writing;
- experience in researching and implementation of strategies;
- know-how of lead acquisition.
Conditions of Employment: The candidates already must possess the relevant permit to work in Switzerland.
