The role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a talented group of developers, providing technical guidance and driving the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development, excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering cutting-edge software solutions.
Role responsibilities
- Provide technical experience and guidance to a squad of developers in the design, development, and implementation of applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Keep a healthy communication with your project manager and client
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with the team, you'll actively contribute to refining our product proposition for new clients and grow our in-house team of engineering experts.
Minimum qualifications

- Strong skills in backend development, including REST APIs and database management (SQL, NoSQL)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub)
- Experience in designing scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions
- Deep understanding of microservices, SaaS, PaaS
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code
- Knowledge of application security, encryption, and secure coding practices
- Ability to write and read Software Design Documents(SDD), technical diagrams such as flowcharts, system architecture diagrams, and ERDs
- Understanding of IT governance procedures and software development standards
- Expertise in working in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban teams
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills
- Ability to align with team members and promote collaboration
- Expertise in troubleshooting complex issues and driving solutions
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and business needs
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with frontend technologies, JavaScript (Angular, React)
- Experience in financial services would be considered an advantage
