Master/PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields and proven track record in product development Proven professional expertise in a development department, ideally initial know-how in the technical management of projects You are a collaborative team player and a self-confident personality, standing your ground in team and management discussions You have fun to develop products and technical solutions yourself and a practical hands-on mentality Fluency in spoken and written English, German is a plus
