Customer Relations Manager (m/w/d)

We provide our customers with state-of-the-art technological, financial, and analytical services and manage repertoire and catalogues through our advanced technologies and highly experienced team. A joint venture between the US music rights organization, SESAC, and the Swiss collective management organization, SUISA, MINT also supports SESAC’s and SUISA’s online licensing entities, SESAC Digital and SUISA Digital, in all back-office functions.

We are looking for a personable, focused and energetic individual to join our international Customer Relations team.  You will report into the Team Manager, Customer Relations, who is based in Zurich. 

Your Tasks:

  • Managing customer expectations
  • Anticipating customer needs
  • Liaising with and supporting all internal teams on customer-related matters
  • Building, managing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
  • Coordinating internally to resolve customer queries
  • Ensuring internal and external documentation is kept up-to-date, e.g. customer on-boarding guide, reference documents, internal manuals
  • Minuting meetings
  • Coordinating new customer onboarding process
  • Scheduling customer business reviews and helping to prepare content
  • Testing, maintaining and improving business intelligence tools in conjunction with IT department.
  • Other customer-related tasks as may be required to support the business

Your Profile:

  • Fluent written and spoken English, other languages (esp. German or Spanish) are a plus 
  • Working experience in music industry (music publishing, record label or licensing at DSP) is a big plus
  • Familiarity with music industry rightsflow and experience in song royalty tracking
  • Account management experience
  • Microsoft Office advanced user (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and customer-centric mindset
  • Assertive: able to give clear instructions with deadlines in an effective and respectful manner
  • Communication skills at all levels, in all registers
  • Independent thinker, willing to suggest creative solutions
  • Able to anticipate customer needs and pre-empt potential problems
  • Time management and prioritisation
  • Intentional approach
