• Develops the agile team’s way of working across Empowerment, Transparency, Collaboration and Discipline
• Cares deeply about the team supporting their growth and evolution into a high performing unit
• Coach and support their Agile team members to grow and succeed
• Plans, coordinates and manages the release of the application in strong collaboration with the ART’s scrum teams
• Responsible for Problem & Incident Management (operational & process)
• Responsible for system reliability and service operation
• Responsible of team’s test planning and execution
• Support Business analysis
• Responsible of the team’s financial planning and controlling

YOUR PROFILE

• Professional skills: Project delivery methodology, Agile methodology & framework, Ability to visualize, Training & workshop management, Stakeholder Management
• Deployment and Release Management
• Running / Monitoring IT solutions
• Scrum Master certification (SAFe preferred)
• Personal and social skills: Communication, Problem solving, Social interaction & cross-cultural mindset, Empathy & relationship management, Coaching
• English mandatory, good understanding of German
