About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Consult the business in the identification and definition of business KPIs across all the organization. Shape the BI processes to identify the key metrics that are important for data-driven decision making and make the BI processes easy to use for both technical and non-technical users

  • Design and structure the information (measures, dimensions) in the semantic layer, needed for reporting

  • Architect and deliver standard reporting by collecting detailed requirements for new standard reports and dashboards, design and build them in accordance with the data governance policies and standards

  • Lead digitalization and automation of reports

  • Closely collaborate with stakeholders to understand the business needs and then develop solutions that meet those needs

  • Enable self-service data discovery for ad-hoc analysis by providing users with the tools and resources they need to access and explore the data and helping them to interpret the emerging insights

  • Define standards and best practices in creation of standard reports and dashboards, including data quality, security, and performance

  • Define the continuous improvement plan and lifecycle for the reporting, including the process for identifying new requirements, developing new features, and retiring old products

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Reporting Governance

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • University degree/ Education, preferably in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management or similar

  • 2 to 5 years of experience within a multinational company in a similar role

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication proficiency and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong development skills of data visualization (Tableau, GCP, SAP BO), data warehousing and data mining
