Join the B2B Commercial Strategy team and help define, analyze and drive key strategic initiatives and transformational projects across Sunrise B2B. In your role as a senior strategy manager, you will count Sunrise Executives and Directors as your regular audience. You will be able to use your analytical, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to drive the growth and take part in key decisions driving the Sunrise B2B forward.

Tasks:

  • Participates and leads major strategic initiatives for Sunrise B2B with coordination throughout the company and interdisciplinary work teams
  • Structures and leads entire projects and work streams for developing strategies & transformational projects in close cooperation with the relevant business units inside and outside B2B
  • Assesses financial and other impacts of strategic business decisions, builds scenarios and prepares recommendations for the senior leadership team
  • Prepares presentations and analysis on the overall strategic direction, key strategic and transformational initiatives as well as key business performance drivers
  • Develops complex business and market models (business models, market sizing, long range strategic and financial planning) and the supporting documentation for strategic projects
  • Participates in development of the overall B2B business planning and performance monitoring framework and KPI pyramid, coordinating with B2B business units, Finance and BI
  • Coordinates leadership communication, updates and workshops with the Sunrise B2B team

Requirements:

  • A University degree in Business or another quantitative field
  • From 3-5 year experience in Business Strategy Consulting or Corporate Strategy
  • Telecommunication and/or Media & Entertainment Industry knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills, proven experience in business modelling and project leadership
  • Self-starter with ability to quickly get to grips with new markets, products and technologies and distill what the key drivers and potential impact of these are on our businesses
  • Extraordinary motivation and ability to cope with high-pressure environments, meeting tight deadlines with accuracy, along with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships throughout the organization
  • Fluent English, German is a strong advantage
