Within our Digital Banking department, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our Digital department as a Project Manager to lead and orchestrate the migration to Microsft M365 products suite. In this role, you will be responsible for enabling new digital capatilities to enhance productivity, user experience and collaboration. As a part of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of innovative digital solutions to our internal stakeholders and clients. Main responsibilities
- Day to day project management of the M365 migration transformation initiative
- Workshops organisation and facilitation with project stakeholders, on various domains (user requirements, UX, Testing strategy, change strategy, etc.)
- Overall delivery oversight, in close collaboration with the various delivery teams
- Support on change management, with particular focus on the successful adoption of new capabilities enabled
- KPIs measurement and continuous improvement, including enablement of new innovative solutions to enhance
Skills and experience
- Proven experience (5 to 8 years) in the Financial Services sector, ideally from a big 4 / consulting background, with previous experience on migrations from on-prem to M365 online platforms
- Project Management certified: PMP, CAPM, CSM, PRINCE2 Practitioner or Prince2 Agile Practitioner or equivalent
- MS Azure Fundamentals certified (additional certifications a differentiating plus)
- Solid foundation on cloud regulatory frameworks and MS Azure architectures
- Master degree or equivalent
- Fluency (oral / written) in English. Fluency in French a differentiating plus
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration and driving results
