ROLE DESCRIPTION
• As an administrative intern in our Payroll department, you will be surrounded by colleagues who will share their extensive Payroll expertise
• You will be reporting to the Senior Manager Payroll for France
• The internship will start in July/ August; its duration is of six months
KEY RESPONSBILITIES
• Support the Payroll manager in different tasks
• Declaration prior to hiring
• Employees registration and de-registration
• Reporting of social security absences to the health and foresight insurances
• Follow-up daily allowances
• Relation with insurances (CPAM, Foresight, Health insurance, France Travail…)
• Management of terminations
• Updating HR/payroll policies
• Support for Social Watch
• Support for time management
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
• You are fluent in French and English, verbally and in writing (both languages are mandatory)
• You have gained first knowledge within the Payroll field
• You have a positive personality and like to work in a multi-cultural team
• You have solid computer skills, especially in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATION
• Education in Tourism, Economics, Business Administration, HR or Payroll related areas
