Swiss Life Asset Managers Luxembourg is a local center of competence for fund setup and management in which our four persons team is embedded.

Our Portfolio Management Team is responsible for the regulatory aspects of Portfolio Management within our funds. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join us as a Fund Controller/Busines Analyst (f/m/d), supporting our growing team. The role offers you the opportunity to take an analytic and controlling part across the whole Real Estate fund landscape with various internal and external interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Further develop and maintain fund software and reporting: Actively participate in the enhancement of IT tools, including the automation of reporting.
• Drive the fund budgeting process using the Planning Tool Immopac, including designing the process and conducting periodic reviews.
• Act as the key user for IT tools, providing support and training to new users to enable  performance measurement and profitability forecasts for the funds.
• Perform quality checks on imported data and accounting information.
• Create cross-fund analyses, monitor key performance indicators, and report to group entities.
• Serve as general data specialist

Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business informatics, mathematics or a comparable education.
• At least 1 year of experience in the fund industry or with Big 4.
• Proficiency in MS-Office applications.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Immopac, E-Front, Yardi, Salesforce and Power BI is a plus
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage.
