• Provide consulting for ICT projects as well as planning and implementation support for IT infrastructure projects.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain the target ICT architecture (hardware, software, communication, data, interfaces) in line with the IT strategy.
• Conduct requirements analysis in close collaboration with the business units.
• Perform market analysis and evaluate new technologies and solutions.
• Maintain and update the IT infrastructure roadmap.
• Prepare and present decision-making documents and concepts.
• Support and advise Sika's business units in the evaluation and implementation of IT products or SaaS solutions.
• Maintain, service, and further develop the global EAM tool "Enterprise Architecture Management."
• Lead or co-lead IT infrastructure projects or subprojects.
• Create and maintain documentation (models, interface descriptions, test procedures, user manuals, etc.).
• Maintain and update the IT architecture community.
• Communicate the ICT architecture.
• Act as the representative of the IT infrastructure service line within the Enterprise Architecture Team.

• Completed vocational training in IT, including several years of professional experience in the IT infrastructure field, or a university degree in computer science.
• Preferred: IT architecture certifications (e.g. TOGAF).
• Experience in IT infrastructure and Azure Cloud Services.
• Experience in managing medium to large IT infrastructure projects.
• Confident and audience-appropriate presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across various hierarchical levels.
• Experience in designing, planning, and implementing new IT infrastructure solutions.
• Experience with IT architecture platforms (EAM) for documenting the IT landscape.
• Experience with Microsoft platforms (On-Premise & Cloud).
• Strong organizational skills and a structured work approach.
• High level of initiative and independence.
• Empathy and ability to understand the needs of different stakeholders.
• Service- and solution-oriented personality with a customer-friendly attitude.
• Persuasive personality with strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent command of both German and English (oral and written).
• Willingness to travel internationally completes your profile.
