Industrialization Manager - GF Machining Solutions SA

Your tasks

• The Industrialization Manager will join a team of 3 and will report to the Head of Supply Chain
• Gather requirements of the "Product Quality Improvements" and assess with the Quality Manager if a product modification or quality card needs to be created
• Create Product modification in collaboration with internal actors and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)
• Monitor prices of Technical Information and check quotations
• Focus on production planning if any production bottleneck
• Support the introduction of new products in production, in relation with the Project Manager
• Support logistics to ensure a smooth material workflow
• Manage the production/assembly procedures
• Manage QCards implementation in the supply chain with the Quality Manager
• Manage quality assurance system and equipment with the OEM, in relation with the quality manager

Your profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in Mechatronics Engineering
• Background in mechanics, electronics, industrial automation, quality control, optics and metrology.
• Experience in a similar position, preferably in machine-tool, robotics or special machinery industry.
• Fluent written and spoken in English and in French; Italian or German or Chinese is a plus
• Able to work in an international and multicultural organization
• Willing to travel (> 20%)
• Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Process-oriented; able to identify process improvements and implement change successfully
• Adaptable to changing project scopes and priorities; and remains solution oriented through change
