If this sounds like you and you are driven by purpose, join the SOPHiA GENETICS Supply Chain team as our Senior Manager, Supply Chain and enable us to make a positive impact on the outcomes for cancer and rare disease patients worldwide.
The nature of this role means you can expect to be in the office 5 days PW, connected to our lab and production site in Rolle.

Your Mission
Reporting to the Global Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and best practice whilst overseeing operational activity within our Production and Warehouse teams.

- Lead the implementation and ongoing roll-out of Production Scheduling
- Manage the operational activity within our production and warehouse.
- Drive continuous improvement and Best Practice / GxP through our facility and team
- Lead, Manage and mentor the team within Proudction and Warehouse operations.
Requirements
To be best set for success, we see you bringing
- 8-12 Years experience working within warehouse and production environments
- Direct experience working in the Cold Chain is essential, ideally coming from a Pharmaceutical or similar scientifical/chemical industry.
- Exposure to GxP and Lean principles within a manufacturing environment highly valuable.
- Previopus experience implementing and maintaining production scheduling processes is also essential.
- Full fluency in English is required. Fluency in French beneficial.
