We are seeking a strategic and experienced leader to join our Corporate HR Leadership team as the Head of Corporate Compensation and Benefits and People Analytics. This role will report directly to the CHRO and plays a crucial role in shaping our people strategy to support our business objectives.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Design, develop, and supervise the implementation of the Corporate Compensation & Benefits as well as the People Analytics strategy to ensure business impact.

Develop and maintain corporate policies, frameworks, and guidelines for total compensation, benefits, job architecture, and executive compensation.

Drive and manage external benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness and cost management.

Focus on predictive and prescriptive People Analytics activities with high business impact.

Manage global vendors and consultants in the Compensation and Benefits and People Analytics arena.

Act as an advisor to the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee on all C&B-related topics.

Provide thought leadership and act as a senior advisor for peers in Corporate HR and the wider HR Community.

Lead and develop the Corporate Compensation and Benefits and People Analytics team.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent.
-
8 to 12 years of experience within a multinational company, with at least 4 years in a leading C&B role with international scope.

Deep expertise in executive compensation, benefits, organizational design, and global mobility.
-
Strong leadership skills with experience leading a team of experts in a matrix setup.

Proven track record in initiating and managing change, with strong communication and diplomatic skills.

Strong relationship, influencing, and interpersonal skills to manage senior stakeholders.

Demonstrated success in developing and leading strategic plans and initiatives.
