Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.

Your main tasks

• Overall responsibility for the workforce management of the Ypsomed Group covering all employee categories
• Contact person and sparring partner for Ypsomed management and executives in all strategic and methodological personnel issues
• Ensuring the annual personnel planning process including evaluation and establishment of suitable tools and processes
• Further development of strategic personnel planning methods with a focus on mid-term planning and strategic personnel planning
• Responsible for various projects in the area of workforce management (including management of external employees and temporary staff, capacity planning)
• Continuous market scouting and benchmarking with a focus on modern working time models and workforce methods and tools

Your profile

• University degree in economics or technical/scientific subjects with additional training in economics and/or human resources management
• Further development in project and process management is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in strategic-conceptual tasks with a holistic orientation
• Experience in leading programmes and/or larger projects in the area of workflow management
• Very good knowledge of IT systems with a high affinity for data management topics
• Strong communication skills in German and English
