You are part of the Digital Products and IT portfolio department of SWISS IT and supporting the Swiss WorldCargo (SWC) division of SWISS. SWC is on a digitalization journey upgrading its IT landscape.

You work in IT, collaborating with the business and IT divisions, including the Lufthansa Group.

As Business Analyst, you analyze system processes and behaviors, identify and eliminate anomalies and shortcomings in the existing Cargo applications / systems.

As Project Lead, you initiate, analyze, and implement project ideas and changes successfully.

• Lead IT projects and changes, manage project staff and IT providers, and design project processes and organizational structures
• Application ownership within the broad IT portfolio for SWC including third level support for various IT applications
• Develop strategies & solutions for business processes with the business unit & IT management, create business cases, and initiate approval procedures
• Write detailed interface documents outlining the requirements and specifications for connecting IT systems.
• Create IT documents, and develop IT solutions aligned with IT Security and IT Architecture teams.
• Create test concepts & test cases and use them in testing
• Take part in the data awareness improvement within the organization and support the continuous data modernization

• Solid Project Management skills
• University or college degree or similar education preferably in IT or Computer Science
• 3+ Years of experience in leading IT projects
• Experience in the Airline IT industry or in logistical chain is an advantage
• Experience in one or more of the following Microsoft tools - Dynamics, Power Platform and Azure
• Knowledge and experience of Business Intelligence / Data Warehousing concepts and data visualization is a plus
• Expertise in connecting IT systems and writing interface documents
• Proven experience in working within an Agile environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies
• Excellent communications skills on all levels (up/down/peers/cross teams)
• Fluent in English, German is an advantage
