Role Overview:
Our preferred candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, supporting the implementation of our HR strategy for the organization and managing day to day HR Support for India. You must be comfortable working with ambiguity, and it will be great if you have experience driving HR Operations and Talent Acquisition for a Consulting business.
Responsibilities:
This role requires exceptional communication skills to optimize and elevate our people experience. In addition, the ability to analyse and interpret data to measure meaningful progress across the HR agenda is highly desirable.
As a trusted partner, you will excel at the following:
- Support and execute the HR strategy with a strong understanding of the business goals
- Provide full range of strategic HR services for the DSS organisation, with overall responsibility for directing and coordinating HR strategies, policies, procedures and resource deployment
- Articulating and translating HR needs in a way that enhances the overall impact of HR offerings
- Translating and converting HR concepts and theory into practical, sensible solutions for enhanced employee performance and business success
- Improving the efficiency of HR by re-designing processes and delivering strategic outcomes for the business
- Providing direct consultative and strategic partnering to Business Country Leaders to maximize performance of the organization. Facilitating and enabling line management’s ability to lead change processes
- Advocate a great place to work culture and enablement of diversity and inclusion practices to support business strategy
- Establishing and maintaining appropriate systems for measuring effectiveness of HR programs in driving organizational performance and containing costs
- Update and maintain employee HR data, managing data reporting, ad hoc data requests, data quality and data audits
- Initiate and lead HR projects and initiatives
- Support the Recruitment Lead with end-to-end management of recruitment assignments
- Research, approach, assess and shortlist talent for roles across the region
- Build country relevant talent pools across levels as well as talent pool relationship management
- Utilise a variety of social media and recruitment platforms to attract the best talent
- Assist with the implementation of appropriate tools, systems and processes to deliver pro-active solutions for recruitment processes
- Development and maintenance of our Recruitment Collaterals – position descriptions, candidate messaging and recruitment process documentation
- Contribute to and drive other Recruitment priorities
Qualifications / Experience:
- Degree qualified with at least 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources
- Human Resource experience in multi-national consulting company is required
- Demonstrated experience with industry standard HR Information systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle etc.)
- Fluency in written and spoken English and at least one additional regional language
- Proven experience in the employee life cycle is required (attract, develop, enable, retain)
- Experience working with labour laws, unions in multiple countries required
- Solid business acumen and the ability to translate HR needs and opportunities to bottom-line performance for the organization
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a remote HR team
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and team-working attitude to be able to work in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills to develop rapport and trust across all levels of the business
- High level of proficiency with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
