In this role, you will oversee relationships with key accounts, crafting customized innovation solutions tailored to their specific needs within the Hearing Instruments business. By blending strategic product management with account management, you will drive customer satisfaction, optimize product performance, and expand account growth.
Your tasks
- Drive the end-to-end innovation roadmap for key accounts, aligning with customer needs and business priorities
- Oversee product lifecycle, including competitive positioning, in-market performance, and improvements
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary contact for product-related matters
- Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities and develop customized product offerings
- Work with R&D, marketing, sales, and operations to define product specifications and ensure successful launches
- Analyze market trends and develop strategic account plans to drive satisfaction, growth, and cross-selling opportunities
- Deliver training on product features and benefits to key account stakeholders, ensuring alignment with internal teams
- Track key account metrics, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and product success
Your profile
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or any related field of study
- 5+ years of working experience in product management, key account management, or related roles within the medical device industry
- Strong understanding of the medical device market, industry regulations, and customer needs
- Natural leader with the ability to motivate teams, blending transactional and transformational leadership styles
- Proven strategic decision-making, problem-solving skills, and a high sense of commercial ownership
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively within cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in CRM software, product management tools, and project management techniques
- Flexible in fast-paced environments, empathetic leadership, and a commitment to high ethical standards
