Citi’s Risk Management organization oversees Citi’s risk governance framework and risk appetite, ensures all risks generated by the firm’s businesses are measured, reviewed, and monitored on an ongoing basis.
We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Vice President, Project Management, Credit Ris - Hybrid. (Internal Job Title: Vice President - C13) based in Mumbai , India . In this role, you’re expected to:
Project manage the Book of Work across US Personal Banking Risk and, in partnership with other Program Management leads, businesses and other functions, with best-in-class execution discipline. The VP will partner closely with the USPB Credit Risk Work Stream Leader and Portfolio Project Leader to:

Provide on-the-ground support to help develop and execute the planning, and coordination of day-to-day activities of running the Initiative or programs.

Manage, monitor & track execution of transformation programs and timing of work streams, deliverables and other milestones.

Collaborate with other Program Managers to action deliverables from reviews of each program’s defined scope, target state, and success criteria.

To help identify and escalate program constraints/risks/issues impacting project delivery to appropriate stakeholders.

Perform end-to-end review and challenge of program deliverables to confirm quality and adequacy of deliverables against program target state.

Continuously ensure that programs have clearly defined RASCI and engage all relevant Citi stakeholders with appropriate accountability.

Ensure consistent implementation and adherence of common PMO processes, procedures, methods, and standards for program delivery, reporting, and closure process across programs.

Support all aspects of the project reporting including RAG ratings, key performance indicators, status updates, adherence to dates and deliverables and quality of deliverables
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
Qualifications:

10+ years of project management experience – from a financial services environment
-
Knowledge and expertise in Program Management, including Project Management and/or management reporting and analysis. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires communication and diplomacy skills in order to guide and influence others. Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions. Excellent Microsoft Office skills

Prior work experience in Regulatory Reporting/Retail credit Risk reporting – CCAR/BASEL/Mifid/Liquidity reports is mandatory

Ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals.

Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metrics.

Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.

Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining and conveying impact on budget, time and risk.
-
Manage client expectations, anticipates operational and tactical risks and tracks them; clarify, identify, and track requirements and issues, remove barriers, resolve minor project issues and escalate to immediate manager where required.

Proficient in MS Office applications, MS Project, VISIO, JIRA
Education:

Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

PMP/CSM/Prince 2 certification strongly preferred
Working Hours: 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm IST
