Marketing and Communication Specialist

For the market introduction and growth of a new product coming out of our corporate accelerator in Zürich, we are looking for an experienced Marketing and Communication specialist to enable the go-to-market campaign.

As a marketing and communication specialist for a new organization launching new products, you will contribute to many projects in different launch phases and enable the launch of these products in the market.

• Design and implement marketing and communication plans across multiple projects
• Sourcing and contractual negotiations with suppliers and external partners
• Content creation
• Collaborate with freelancers and agencies to achieve marketing objectives
• Simultaneous content management of multiple communication channels for multiple projects such as websites, LinkedIn and trade fairs.
• Manage marketing campaigns from concept to creation, working closely with the business development and product management teams.
• Participate in the definition of marketing and communication strategies for new products
• 5+ years experience in a similar role, preferably in a small company scaling up
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field of study
• Experience with marketing activities for technical products in a B2B environment
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills, with the ability to align teams.
• You have excellent problem-solving skills, critical and analytical thinking
• You are methodical, structured with attention to details.
• You work with a flexible and collaborative mindset in adapting to changing demands and embracing a responsive approach
• Strong communication, negotiation and conflict management skills
