Your Impact
- Collaborate with clients on their supply chain operations, assessing and implementing best-in-class supply chain methods and solutions.
- Deliver high-impact projects by engaging with senior stakeholders, both internally and from high-profile clients across various industries.
- Work as part of teams and support project workstreams on challenging supply chain and operations projects across different functional areas.
- Support in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing and potential client accounts.
- Contribute to the development of proposals, presentations, and other business development materials to win new engagements.
- Participate in growing our capabilities and service offerings by collaborating closely with PwC's internal senior leadership and global network of experts. Leverage our market-leading propositions, methodologies, assets, and training materials.

Your Skill Set
- Master's degree in business or engineering (MBA or equivalent).
- Freshly graduated or you bring 1-4 years of relevant work experience, with previous experience in business consulting considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical and time management skills and excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships internally at PwC and with client counterparts.
- Previous experience in one or more of the following supply chain areas is considered an advantage: operating model design, manufacturing, supply chain and distribution footprint optimization, supply chain planning, logistics and transportation, or warehouse management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English is required, with German or French considered an advantage.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to different working environments, both in Switzerland and internationally.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Understanding or prior work experience with the leading technology solutions for supply chain & operations management is seen as an advantage.
- Previous experience of project work is seen as an advantage.
- Seasoned team player driving for teams' goals over individual achievements.
Additionally, as a Senior Associate
- Ability to lead workstreams/work packages and guide junior team members in projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects effectively as a team player, with high independence.
