The LIKA Group is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our dynamic corporate affairs team in Fisibach (AG). In this strategically important role, you will play a vital role in positioning LIKA as a thought leader and trusted partner in the industry.
Your Responsibilities:
- Industry Advocacy and Representation:
- Represent the LIKA Group and present insights and achievements to influential figures: government officials, local politicians, journalists, business partners, SME leaders, think tanks, and charities.
- Advocate for policies that support the real estate industry, leveraging strong communication skills to influence policymakers and industry leaders.
- Participate in industry initiatives and research projects.
- Build strong networks and solidify LIKA's leadership role within the industry.
- Research and Communication:
- Analyse company data to create compelling reports focused on industry trends like sustainability, innovation and technology.
- Craft impactful messages that showcase LIKA Group's expertise.
- Business Development:
- Identify opportunities for collaboration with private and public partners to secure new funding sources and drive LIKA Group's growth, ensuring that our strategy remains commercially relevant.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage projects related to the Corporate Affairs mission.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Handle public relations and media relations activities.
- Represent LIKA Group at industry events and conferences.
Your Qualifications:
- Several years of experience in public affairs, corporate strategy, or business development.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of engaging with high-level stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Balkan languages (a plus if this aligns with existing business relationships).
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data-driven insights.
