Qualifications & Skills
GROUPS & LEISURE SALES COORDINATOR
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and dynamic mindset
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, team player, and good time management skills
- A previous experience in luxury hospitality and/or in Sales
- A degree in the field of business administration, tourism or hotel industry
- Have a fluent command of English (French and/or German are highly appreciated)
RESERVATION AGENT
- At least two years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry, ideally in the reservation area
- Good oral and written language skills (d/f/e)
- Good computer and MS Office skills
- Ideally Opera knowledge (Opera Cloud)
- Guest-oriented, professional work and sales talent
Key Responsibilities
GROUPS & LEISURE SALES COORDINATOR
- Groups :You will coordinate Groups from the enquiry stage to final invoice, collaborating with each department of the hotel to communicate all Group s related special requests and information such as VIPs, Group leaders, rooming list ensuring smooth and organized operations.
- Reporting / Sales & Marketing strategy : In order to create the most adequate Sales & Marketing seasonal strategy plan for the hotel, you will support in pulling out key data and figures from our PMS Opera at the end of each season and will co participate in elaborating the S&M strategy
- Sales Support : You will collaborate with the Sales and Market ing team on various projects in order to generate leads, manage inquiries, and convert potential guests into confirmed bookings, helping to drive revenue and occupancy.
- Covering Sales activities: While the Head of Sales is away on business trips or on ann ual leave, you will be handling all Sales related activities.
- Client Relations : As a Groups & Leisure Coordinator you will build strong, lasting relationships with our discerning clientele, understanding their needs and preferences to create tailored experiences that surpass their expectations.
- Product Knowledge: You will immerse yourself in the Le Grand Bellevue ex perience, becoming an expert on the property's amenities, services, and unique offerings, enabling you to present them persuasively to potential guests.
RESERVATION AGENT
- Professional telephone and written acceptance
- Processing of reservation requests
- Active room and voucher sales
- Creation of offers
- Maintaining the guest database
- Guest service in three languages (d/f/e) as well as the associated correspondence
