Coordination / Management of major incidents
Lead and manage task forces to resolve major incidents as fast as possible
Document the major incidents appropriate and initiate & track the problem management process
Proper communication to the different stakeholders
Ensure documentation and perform the recap sessions / lessons learned after the major incident is resolved
Regular alignment of the local and international incident- and problem management teams and initiate improvements on process, task and team level
Takeover of on-call service approx. every 6 weeks
Bachelor or equivalent degree in Business Information Technology or similar
Work experience in similar role for at least 5 years in financial industries
ITIL certification and familiar with agile working methods
Quick learner & flexible
Self-motivated and leadership skills
Excellent customer facing skills
Strong communication skills
Team player
Good analytical and coordination abilities
Fluent oral and written in English, German is an advantage / all additional language skills are a plus
