For our growing Facility Management organization at a client in the Technology sector in Zürich (ZH) we are looking for a:
Facilities Coordinator - Space Planning 100%
Your main tasks:
- You ensure all specific facilities issues are logged and ensure remedial actions are completed proactively
- You action Space related Tickets promptly and accurately, provide timely responses and manage overall traffic
- You utilise systems for recording activities and projects
- Plan and review team numbers and co-location requests to optimise available space
- Create and motivate move strategies and follow up moves for newly open space
- Demonstration of success is key to this role and you will strive to excel in the delivery of KPI's and SLA's for your site
- Regular communication and reporting to Client Facilities Leads
- Manage, coordinate and supervise the delivery of FM services and manage third party suppliers/vendors associated with the implementation and delivery of minor Space Projects/Works, office moves, relocations and furniture installations
- Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed including supplier Health & Safety inductions, RAMS review and approval, appropriate Permit To Works are in place and review of practices
- Develop and maintain strong communications and relationships with various business partners
- You provide management guidance and lead the team including overseeing the allocation of work, attendance and performance management to exceed the customers expectations and ensure best practice prevails
Your profile:
- Fluency in written and spoken English language
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Displays proactive day-to-day problem solving, with ownership and pride
- A highly motivated individual, with excellent use of initiative and demonstrates a strong passion for service excellence and understanding customer needs
- Experienced working in the service industry in a customer facing role
- Basic understanding of planning and managing smaller projects
- A basic understanding of good health & safety practices. engages in Health & Safety culture
