CQV Engineer - for our client located in Visp

Responsabilities

  • Commissioning Preparation and Execution: Oversee and approve commissioning activities, including vendor supervision to ensure testing scope and quality meet standards.
  • Documentation: Write and maintain qualification documents such as Validation Plans (VP), Installation Qualifications (IQ), Operational Qualifications (OQ), Performance Qualifications (PQ), Process Performance Qualifications (PPQ), risk assessments, and development protocols for utilities, facilities, and process equipment.
  • Qualification Execution: Perform Design Qualification (DQ), Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ), including managing protocol deviations, investigations, and corrective actions for utilities, facilities, and process equipment.
  • Coordination of FAT/SAT: Coordinate and execute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) as well as commissioning activities for new GMP systems in collaboration with internal and external partners.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: BSc/MSc Degree in Engineering or Science, preferably in Chemical, Mechanical, or Pharmaceutical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commissioning, Qualification, and/or Validation within the Pharmaceutical industry, specifically in Clean Utilities, Process Equipment, and Systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear and concise documentation.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is a must.
