Position Overview:

We are seeking an IoT Connectivity and Monitoring Specialist to manage, monitor, and optimize our systems for seamless remote interactions. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring reliable connectivity, troubleshooting real-time issues, and enhancing the performance of our IoT-enabled applications. Your work will be essential in providing uninterrupted, high-quality experiences for our users.

Responsibilities:

1. Configure, connect, and integrate IoT systems to enable secure and responsive remote control through mobile applications
2. Continuously monitor device connectivity and performance to ensure reliability and minimize disruptions
3. Quickly troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues, reducing downtime and optimizing system response
4. Implement and refine latency-reduction techniques for an improved user experience
5. Maintain strict data security, encryption, and compliance standards across all networked devices
6. Generate regular reports on system health, identifying potential improvements and preventive measures
   

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in IoT connectivity, remote device management, or IT monitoring
2. Strong understanding of mobile app integration and network optimization
3. Excellent problem-solving abilities for diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently
4. Knowledge of latency management, network security, and compliance practices
5. Strong organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
