As Compliance Officer of Roche Diagnostics International Ltd in Rotkreuz, Switzerland with approx. 2600 employees, you will be responsible for Legal Compliance matters for the legal entity Roche Diagnostics International Ltd.
Your key responsibilities will be:

Foster a culture of integrity and ethical business practices, consistent with the Roche values and external requirements.

Investigation and resolution of non-compliance as well as corrective actions (depending on language skills).

Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify areas of compliance vulnerability and implement corrective actions.

Deploying and oversee risk and opportunity assessment, defining action plan, implementing controls, and monitoring activities with the business.

Collaboration and proactive engagement with local stakeholders in order to reflect the company’s commitment to ethical and legal business conduct as well as compliance with the letter and spirit of the law and global policies.

Coordinate and facilitate local Compliance networks such as the RDI Compliance Committee.

Establish overview and staying abreast of all legal and healthcare compliance requirements and educate as well as train employees.

Develop and conduct training programs for employees on compliance-related topics, including Swiss laws, ethical behavior and data protection.

Lead the local Compliance Committee and actively shape and develop the RDI site as a member of the RDI Site & Services Leadership Team
Who you are

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experience

Strong background in Swiss law
-
You have excellent active listening skills, fostering open communication and speak-up culture.

You have a “Can-do” attitude, embracing business thinking and ideas, hands-on
-
You thrive on collaboration, the ability to bring people together to work towards the same purpose across organization boundaries

Fluency in English and German is preferred and other languages are a plus
