Description
- Conduct recruitment activities, including initial screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees
- Manage and update employee records, handle HR inquiries, and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, performance evaluations, and benefits administration
- Supervise office staff, manage facilities, supplies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Oversee administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
- Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and handle special projects as needed
Profile
- HR specialist certification with several years of experience in HR or similar role
- First experiences in Office Management/administrative processes
- Fluent in German and English; spoken and written
- Proficient in MS Office and Abacus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Highly independent way of working
