The Position

The internal value chain for digital solutions team is acting as a linking pin across the organization to support global lifecycle teams and affiliates in the commercialization of digital solutions.
The team is working on building the backoffice foundations for a successful digital business, along the customer journey “Subscribe-to-retire” digital products. The team provides the organization with fit-for-digital operational processes, innovative technology, analytics and global services.As Capability Owner Digital Solutions - Subscribe to Entitlement, you report to the IVC Ecosystem Chapter Lead.
The Opportunity:

Lead current & future efforts to design, build, develop, deploy and automate processes & solutions allowing Roche Diagnostics to act like a software company. This position focuses on the Subscribe-to-Entitle processes (SAP Subscription Billing and SAP Entitlement Management System), and integration within the Roche Diagnostics IT architecture.

Reporting to the chapter lead, accountable for implementing the E2E strategy in collaboration with all product teams, domain process teams, IT and affiliates

Drive future capabilities required for a software company, including influencing the SAP product roadmap (SB / EMS)

Drive integration of product world with back office environment and collaboration with Quote-to-Contract Commercial Enablement teams (product configuration, process integration,

Ownership for the realization of the strategic roadmap

Strongly drives continuous improvement and automation with a strong focus on customer experience

Build up and keep updated relevant process documentation and SOPs

Coaching within and outside of the E2E network and especially colleagues within the own organization
Who you are:
-
Bachelor in Business Economics and/or Business Informatics / Information Technology and/or any corresponding study or practical experience and a Master’s degree is preferred. Fluent in English, additional languages beneficial.

Min 7 years of professional experience in: Commercial and/or finance functions, business process management, service operations, and project support

Experience in the SAP SD (ECC and S/4) Modules. SAP SB and SAP EMS modules experience is a plus.

Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving mindset, strong communication skills, strong methodological skills and experience with SAFe

Success in driving a culture dedicated to customer focus, compliance and continuous improvement

Experience in international and intercultural work environments and Deep Understanding of Diagnostics, Digital / Software Market, E2E processes and related systems
International travel is required to perform the job effectively (up to 30%).
