The Position

You will join in the Roche Diagnostics Global Customer Experience and Solution Design Team an international group of customer experience and design strategists, researchers and designers that serve our purpose to bring the voice of customers to the core of Roche Diagnostics’ decisions by designing and enabling a seamless patient-centric experience across our portfolio of products and services.
This internship position is located in Rotkreuz, Switzerland, hybrid.
Key Responsibilities

Assisting with user research, participant management and design activities related to CX/UX project development

Collaboratively translating user research into powerful insights that impact design and business

decisions

Communicating powerful insights to business stakeholders through written, visual and prototype form

Creating service blueprints, customer journeys
Who You Are
You are enrolled or have completed your Bachelor’s studies at a university, preferably in the field of Service / UX Design, Communication, Marketing, Psychology after February 2024 and are interested in applying your knowledge in a modern working environment as part of an internship.
Furthermore you are

Fluent in English is required

Skilled in written and visual communication

Experience in workshop facilitation is preferred
Technical details:
The start date for the internship is March 2025 with a duration of 6 months with option to extend to 12 months.
Part-time employment is possible.
If required, it is possible to write a thesis during the internship.
The application deadline is November 11th. Interviews will take place in late November and early December.
