Comfone is a leading Swiss company in the telecommunications sector with a strong focus on international roaming solutions. 
Our Clearing Services support mobile network operators worldwide by enabling efficient and secure handling of billing and payments. 
We are looking for a motivated and talented Frontend Developer (Software Engineer) who can start immediately or by agreement.

Your main tasks

  • Develop and maintain user-friendly and high-performance frontend solutions for our Clearing Services 
  • Collaborate with backend developers and other teams to ensure seamless integration of system components 
  • Conduct object-oriented analysis and design to improve our software solutions 
  • Utilize database knowledge to optimize and manage data in Oracle and/or MongoDB 
  • Implement applications in Docker environments to ensure efficient deployment and scalability 
  • Regularly participate in code reviews and technical discussions to continuously improve our software quality

Your ideal profile

  • Completed apprenticeship as a computer scientist with a Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence or comparable training / further education 
  • Experience in developing frontend web applications with ReactJS 
  • Experience in developing HTML & CSS 
  • Experience in object-oriented analysis and design
  • Familiarity with RESTful web services
  • Work experience with version control systems
  • Experience in development with Docker containers 
  • Ability to work efficiently in an international team 
  • You take responsibility and show initiative to actively participate in improvements and optimizations
  • Knowledge of the Java programming language is an advantage 
  • Good knowledge of databases (Oracle and/or MongoDB is an advantage) 
  • Good knowledge of the English language (written and verbal); additional languages are an advantage 
  • Swiss or EU/EFTA citizen (with a work permit B or C)
