We offer an exciting position at Energy Infrastructure Partners (EIP), an investment boutique specialized in private equity investments in the energy infrastructure sector, from wind farms to electricity grids. Your area of responsibility:

Your role will focus on supporting EIP Partner/Co-Head Investments to ensure operations always run efficiently and smoothly. You will work in close collaboration with the local team in Zurich, our Luxembourg and German teams as well as external parties. 

As part of the team based in our modern office in the center of Zurich, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing proactively a complex and dynamic agenda including scheduling meetings across multiple time zones
  • Monitoring their outlook inboxes and any other pending items, including independently answering certain queries 
  • Setting up and preparing internal and external meetings (welcoming guests, coordinating participants, providing the meeting room, preparing items from the agenda, taking minutes)
  • Planning and coordinating various team specific events and trainings (identifying location, selecting vendors, onsite support and taking care of the logistics)
  • Managing complex and demanding travel arrangements including flight schedules, hotel bookings, transportation reservation and logistics for the Partner/Co-Head Investments and the respective team
  • Provide administrative and office support such as managing expense reports, direct calls and incoming and outgoing mails 
  • Picking up any ad-hoc/unplanned tasks proactively as required

 Your skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position ideally within an international environment in the financial sector
  • A positive attitude, an independent work style, reliability, commitment and a high level of confidentiality
  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects within a dynamic environment
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and open to challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Fluency in German and English is a must, additional languages are a plus
