Are you a visionary leader ready to revolutionize customer retention and value management in the B2B telecommunications space? We're seeking a dynamic Senior Director of B2B Base Management to spearhead strategic initiatives, enhance customer loyalty, and deliver measurable business growth. Tasks:
- Take ownership of rNPS, including identifying improvement opportunities and implementing follow-up actions
- Lead Customer Value Management initiatives to enhance customer engagement and retention
- Plan and execute customer migration strategies effectively
- Manage the Customer Journey processes, including "I stay" and "I cease" phases, to ensure seamless experiences
- Design and implement activities to promote customer loyalty, delight, and engagement
- Oversee the management of marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows
- Develop compelling and impactful campaign content to drive engagement
- Supervise the operations and performance of the Partner Network
- Innovate, develop, and manage adjacent products and services to support business objectives
Requirements:
- An advanced degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- A proven track record in senior leadership roles within the telecommunications sector
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives aimed at improving customer retention and driving revenue growth, with specific expertise in upselling, cross-selling, and customer value management
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and technologies, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and data analytics tools
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Substantial experience working cross-functionally within large-scale, complex, data-driven, and technologically advanced organizations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
- An innovative mindset with the ability to drive change and adapt to evolving market dynamics
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German is highly desirable, and French language skills would be beneficial
