Responsibilities:
- Take full end-to-end responsibility for the Bank's Regulatory Transaction Reporting setup, manage and lead the respective Competence Center
- Perform the daily reporting and exceptions management in a timely and accurate manner to meet the group’s obligations
- Further enhance the control framework around existing transaction reporting processes and controls, including reconciliation
- Transform updates of service providers and regulators e.g. regarding interface and content specifications into IT specifications and coordinate testing and implementation
- Continuously improve the transaction reporting setup by working with the Front, Trading, Operations, IT and other stakeholders
- Provide SME support and contribute to regulatory change projects and related testing activities. Take ownership for the FMI topic in the Regulatory Monitoring working group
- Respond to transaction reporting related queries from regulators and manage respective audits and supervisory reviews.
Requirements:
- University degree in the area of Finance, Business, IT or Engineering. CFA is an advantage
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in the capital markets industry; minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the field of regulatory transaction reporting
- Strong trading and product know how of financial instruments including derivatives is essential
- Profound understanding of FMIA, EMIR, MIFIR and SFTR is a must
- Hands-on, get things done attitude; team player with very good social skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel (VBA preferred) to analyze high volumes of data. Avaloq know-how is an advantage
- Fluent in English, German is an advantage; very good communication and presentation skills
