As a Business Consultant you are the interface between the customer and our project organization. You are the contact person for our customers and receive their requirements, formulate them in technical concepts or smaller work orders and schedule them for implementation as part of our project planning. Thanks to your solid, technical basic training, you are also able to implement individual tasks yourself in the Serviceware Processes service management solution and carry out appropriate quality assurance.

After intensive training, you will gradually assume responsibility for the support of individual customers and help to inspire them with our service. As a business IT specialist, you understand the business requirements of our customers and are able to translate them into the language of technology. You will use your planning skills for successful multi-project management and, thanks to your precise working methods, you will ensure the quality of the implementations for the customer. You will also be able to respond confidently to critical and important customer requests. Entrepreneurial thinking and acting round off your skills.

You have the competence to organize your working day independently to a large extent. You decide on the time and place of your work, but the customer and the requirements of the projects set the pace. You will support our customers in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. A certain willingness to travel and time flexibility are therefore essential. You can work at the customer's site, in our modern offices in Brüttisellen or in your home office.
