JOB DESCRIPTION

Become a part of our CRM & Loyalty Team as a Principal CRM & Loyalty Consultant specialized in Salesforce, and collaborate closely with the client team (product owner and their agile project organization) to implement 360° lead management in Salesforce.

The location is Bern, with some remote possibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client consultations on business processes and digital transformation.

  • Translate business needs into functional specs and user stories, ensuring quality.

  • Manage project workflows, goals, roadmaps, priorities, and sprints.

  • Serve as a solution advocate and trusted advisor.

  • Handle multiple client engagements and crisis situations.

  • Facilitate client workshops using best practice methodologies.

Project Focus:

  • Consult and support lead management and 360° customer view strategies.

  • Analyze and improve lead management processes.

  • Develop concepts for a future-proof lead management solution on a SaaS platform.

  • Support solution design and implementation, ensuring quality.

  • Guide acceptance by stakeholders and end users.

  • Conduct training and change management for solution adoption.

  • Prepare reports and presentations to track project progress.

Your Expertise:

  • Degree in business administration, business informatics, or similar.

  • 8+ years in management consulting, focusing on CRM.

  • Proven success in CRM/lead management projects on a SaaS platform.

  • Salesforce know-how.

  • Strong CRM systems, marketing automation, and data integration skills.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Experience in the insurance industry is a big plus.

  • Agile methods experience (SAFe) is a plus.

  • Fluent in German and English.
