Role Overview 

  • As a Platform Manager of our Wallet Infrastructure & Staking Services, you will be at the heart of our operations, helping to design, improve, and optimise the platforms that power our business. Your customer-centric mindset will be crucial in ensuring the highest level of service and user experience for both internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish processes, improve platform reliability, automate tasks, and educate clients on the latest features and offerings. 
  • You will be part of an innovative team focused on developing and scaling our wallet and staking services to meet the needs of tier 1 financial institutions. 
     

Responsibilities 

Client-Facing Interaction: 

  • Lead client onboarding efforts, ensuring a smooth and seamless integration of new clients into our platform. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding wallet infrastructure and staking services, providing expert guidance and support. 
  • Educate clients about new features, services, and best practices, ensuring they leverage the full potential of our platform. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, anticipating their needs and addressing any issues that arise promptly. 

 

Platform & Operations Management: 

  • Oversee the performance and reliability of our proprietary wallet infrastructure and staking services. 
  • Develop and implement new processes and operational workflows to improve the scalability, efficiency, and reliability of the platform. 
  • Introduce automation where possible to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention. 
  • Work closely with engineering teams to identify areas for improvement, troubleshooting issues and supporting timely resolutions. 
  • Maintain and improve internal documentation related to platform processes, user guides, and technical features. 

 

Continuous Improvement & Innovation: 

  • Monitor and assess platform performance, and continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience. 
  • Drive innovation by identifying and integrating new features and functionalities that enhance the platform’s value proposition for clients. 
  • Implement best practices for client-facing processes, ensuring a customer-first mindset throughout. 

 

Collaboration with Internal Teams: 

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure alignment between platform capabilities and client needs. 
  • Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to shape the product roadmap and service enhancements. 
  • Support internal stakeholders with training and resources on the latest platform features, processes, and customer engagement techniques. 

 

Experience: 

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within financial services or fintech. 
  • Strong background in operations, with proven experience establishing and optimising operational processes. 
  • Experience in the digital asset space (cryptocurrency, blockchain, wallets, staking) is highly preferred, but a strong passion for learning and understanding crypto technologies is essential. 

Skills: 

  • Strong understanding of financial services operations, particularly related to payments, wallets, and digital assets. 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and customer-friendly manner. 
  • Analytical mindset with experience in identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing solutions. 
  • Proficiency in writing clear and comprehensive documentation for both internal and external audiences. 
  • Experience with automation tools and processes to improve operational efficiency.

  • A proactive approach with a demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
