They are now searching for a passionate and experienced System Engineer & Support Manager to join their dynamic Digital Office Team!
Your Mission:
Are you excited by the idea of optimizing processes, enhancing user experiences, and providing top-tier support? In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring seamless digital office operations and delivering exceptional service to clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Expanding the MS Teams platform with custom apps
- Providing user training in the client and M365 environment
- Playing a vital role in internal projects to enhance systems and workflows
- Continuously optimizing client management and operations processes
- Offering professional guidance to ICT specialist trainees
- Ensuring first-class user support while evolving support processes
- Supporting and managing requests (tickets) within the Dynamics environment
What You'll Bring:
We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic and innovative environment. You’re proactive, solution-oriented, and great with people! Here's what we're looking for:
- Completed vocational training in IT
- Additional certifications/training in Microsoft Azure, Intune, and M365
- Strong experience in client management and support processes
- Experience in training and mentoring IT apprentices
- A solid understanding of incident, problem, and change management
- Proficiency in German and English; French is a bonus!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and process-driven mindset, with a knack for optimization
