We are looking for a skilled and highly motivated Trading Platform Manager to oversee the operation, support, and continuous improvement of our trading platform, ensuring seamless execution and a top-tier experience for our institutional clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working in banking, brokerage or fintech industry. Experience in working with systems dealing with Crypto or FX spot and derivatives products is highly desired.
The starting date is as soon as possible in our office in the Prime Tower in Zurich.
Responsibilities
- Platform Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the trading platform, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance
- Production Issue Management: Monitor and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to trading activities
- Client Support and Integration: Work with institutional clients to support platform integration, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical assistance. Ensure each client passes the conformance testing certification before going live to production
- System Configuration: Configure and maintain platform settings based on business and client requirements
- Ticket and Backlog Management: Open, track, and manage tickets for both production issues and platform improvements, while maintaining and prioritizing the backlog
- Platform Optimization: Continuously evaluate platform performance and ensure implementation of improvements to enhance reliability, speed, and scalability
- Project Management Support: Assist in managing ongoing product initiatives, acting as a deputy for the Product Manager when needed, and ensuring that platform upgrades are delivered on time
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, trading, operations,) external clients and vendor partners to ensure the platform meets business needs and resolves issues promptly
- Security and Compliance: Ensure that the platform adheres to all relevant security, regulatory, and compliance requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in managing trading platforms or similar systems
- Strong understanding of trading technologies, including order management systems, market data, and execution tools
- Experience with production issue resolution and system configuration
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and backlog management
- Ability to support clients with technical integrations and troubleshooting
- Experience in trading cryptocurrencies is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
