Main incumbencies:

• Configuration and programming in standard software in the input management area (Parashift and Smart Fix)
• Internal testing of own developments to deliver high quality
• Support / troubleshooting of issues in customer installations
• Collaboration with other teams to continuously optimise the systems
• Creating and updating documentation
• Participation in project meetings

Profile requirements:

• Degree in computer science, software engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in software engineering or application support in input management.
• Work experience in a BPO Company or experience with the software parashift or smart Fix would be a benefit.
• Solid knowledge of various scripting or programming languages. SPL script is an advantage.
• Ability to analyse and solve Issues and find solutions.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt new technologies.
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
