HUB Lead Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Southern and Central Europe

Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will have the opportunity to actively shape and contribute to our Employer Branding strategy and initiatives for ABB Switzerland. Each day, you will exchange within a team of experts as well as your stakeholders from the different business areas. You will also showcase your expertise by bringing in fresh ideas and courage to try out new ways.The work model for the role is: hybridThis role is contributing to the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding team in Switzerland.You will be mainly accountable for:•Contributing and supporting tailored employer branding strategies to position ABB as employer of choice in Switzerland•Guiding a variety of projects including ownership and stakeholder communication •Acting as point of contact for external providers and partnership contracts•Content creation and campaigning from target audiences reaching from Early Talents to ProfessionalsOur team dynamics: You will join an international dynamic and high performing team, where you will be able to drive various initiatives from A to Z.

Qualifications for the role

  • You have an affinity for social media, and driven to try out new ideas and concepts.
  • You are a team player and feel comfortable collaborating with and as part of an international team.
  • You are comfortable challenging the status quo and conveying your ideas to multiple audiences.
  • You are a natural storyteller with excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • You are engaged into collaborating with an international team contributing to exchanges and challenging the status quo.
  • You are comfortable with data tracking and measuring the success of various initiatives.
  • Have a demonstrated track record in HR, Communications / Marketing, Business administration or similar and 3+ years of experience in the field of Employer Branding
  • You feel at ease communicating both in English and German.
