Pre Sales Specialist- SaaS Communication (w/m/d) 100%

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in supporting our sales efforts and enhancing customer satisfaction. In this role you will act as an intermediary between Sales and Professional Services and ensure a smooth process from Sales to Product delivery.

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic personality to join our dynamic Pre Sales- Team in Switzerland  as soon as possible. (Homeoffice/ hybrid work is a given)

 

Your responsibilities

  • Work closely with the sales team to provide technical guidance to new and existing customers
  • Custom-build and conduct technical demonstrations of Luware Nimbus showcasing integrations with 3rd party tools
  • Develop innovative integrations with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Studio, the Power Platform, MS365 and more
  • Advise customers on how to meet their requirements with our products and coordinate requirements internally by analysing technical documents
  • Complete security questionnaires
  • Create technical documentation
  • Build a technical relationship with potential and existing customers
  • Provide customer-facing and technical support to the sales team

Your skills

  • Experience as Engineer or Pre-Sales in the field of technology and IT services
  • Bachelor or Master degree in a technical field such as (Computer Science, Machine learning) will be prioritized
  • Outstanding communication and presentations skills in English and German(native level)- are absolutely essential,other languages are a plus
  • Expert-level technical skills: Know the product and the technology stack as deep as the development team. Microsoft Azure, Office 365, MS Teams and Power Apps, PowerBI, Copilot Studio, developer tools like git, postman, Visual Studio Code.
  • Holding one or more Microsoft Certifications of level 200 min. is a plus
  • Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams and/or O365
  • Strong Analytical skills: Assess, evaluate and test customer scenarios
  • Develop effective and innovative integrations
  • Design, create and draft complex technical landscapes
  • Ability to synthesize information easily
