HR Business Partner - Private Clients International

Are you an HR professional who enjoys driving business outcomes through being a trusted business partner to the covering area and by leading, owning and enhancing best-in-class HR programs?

Within our Private Clients HR team, we are looking for a multilingual HR professional to cover some of the international parts of Private Clients, including the French and Italian speaking parts of Switzerland. You will partner closely with the business leaders of your area, supporting the execution of the people agenda. You will collaborate with the HR CoE’s and cross-functional groups to execute the strategy of the entire employee life cycle.

The role is based in our Zurich office but will require someone who is able to travel to Geneva regularly as well as to Lugano and Milano.
