The Tax
& Legal Growth Senior Manager/Director role has a key role within our Tax
& Legal client relationship and business development strategy. The Growth
Senior Manager/Director supports the Tax & Legal Growth Leader, Tax &
Legal leadership, and the Partner group by overseeing the Tax & Legal
priority accounts, account management, operations and coordinating Growth
initiatives across Tax & Legal.
How you can make an Impact:
- Reporting into Tax & Legal growth leader and Tax & Legal leadership.
- Supporting the Tax & Legal Partner group in the development of the Lead Tax/Lead Legal priority accounts, National Priority Accounts, and targeting efforts across accounts, markets, and industries in Tax & Legal.
- Coordinating client and target account teams’ activities in building multiple strong relationships with stakeholders at clients and targets.
- Maintaining account team relationship maps and interactions.
- Identifying opportunities for teams to proactively offer insights, thought leadership and points of view to clients and targets.
- Working with account teams to understand services provided and potential for new solutions and proposals to meet client priorities.
- Coordinating sales activities, including pursuits and proposals; mobilising support resources where needed.
- Support in creating points of view, blogs, competitor analysis.
- Working closely with the Tax & Legal National Tax Office to help ensure content is shared with priority accounts, and providing a feedback loop to the National Tax Office to share topics where clients would like Deloitte to create more content. Providing account and pursuit teams with up-to-date information on client challenges, news, and industry trends.
- Developing processes to better share client/target, market, and industry intelligence across the teams.
Who We are looking for:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
- Strong commercial thinking and skills. Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Lateral thinker who can problem solve and initiate actions even with limited information.
- Strong analytical skills combined with high quality assurance standards and attention to detail.
- Thoughtfully manages multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- German and/or French native speaking, fluent in English.
- Relevant Tax & Legal experience as a Tax professional in client service is a plus.
